KVWang

KVWang is a browser workspace operated by Tapilot LLC for small teams that manually call approved ordinary US customer phone destinations. It keeps contacts, call history, follow-up notes and next steps together so a teammate can understand the previous conversation. This is a human-led service, not an autonomous dialer or a full PBX/contact-center replacement. Actual calling requires approval, an eligible assigned US business number, and supported locations and routes. The current release does not provide SMS, inbound calls, recording or transcription. A simulated demo uses fictional contacts and does not place real calls or charge calling credits. The paid plan is US$15 per month with 200 ordinary US billed minutes per period. Extra minutes use prepaid credits at US$0.02 per billed minute; included minutes reset each period without rollover. The website also provides a free CSV callback-handoff worksheet.
