Le Scribe Audio is a professional French AI SaaS platform designed for legal transcribers, municipal clerks, CSE/CSSCT secretaries, academic researchers, and executive assistants who work with long-form audio and video recordings (up to 10 hours and 10 GB per file). Its two-pass acoustic and linguistic transcription engine delivers structured transcripts with interactive audio playback, global renaming and coding of speaker labels (diarization), and one-click on-demand AI summaries featuring an executive summary followed by a chrono-thematic breakdown. Users export a standard 100% editable Microsoft Word (.docx) document, cutting full human review and editing time in half (2 to 3 hours of playback review per hour of audio instead of 4 to 7 hours of manual typing). Optional human proofreading by two successive transcribers is available at 60 EUR excl. VAT per hour. Files are stored in France on OVHcloud (AES-256) with 1-click deletion, and AI inference runs on Google Cloud Vertex AI (Europe region, Zero Data Retention).
