ScanQueue

ScanQueue is a QR virtual queue and waitlist tool for walk-in businesses and events. Guests scan a QR code at the entrance or counter, join the queue in seconds, and track their live position from their phone. Guests do not need to download an app. When it is nearly their turn, ScanQueue sends an alert by WhatsApp, SMS or browser push, so people can step away instead of standing in line, which helps cut no-shows and walkouts. Staff call, seat and check in guests from a live dashboard or the staff mobile app for iOS and Android. Kiosk mode, custom check-in forms, analytics on wait times and no-shows, and a Live Capacity people counter for venues with limits are included. It suits restaurants and cafes, clinics, retail pop-ups, barbers and salons, exhibitions and large events. There is a free Starter plan with no credit card needed; paid plans start at $49 per month.
