Type a sentence such as "2-bedroom apartment with open kitchen, living room and balcony, about 65 m²" and TextFloorPlan draws a to-scale concept floor plan. In our demo that request came back as 64.8 m², 8.0 m × 8.1 m, 7 rooms, in 3.6 seconds, each room labelled with its width, depth and area. Before you see a plan, code checks that rooms don't overlap and that they fill the floor. Switch between m² and ft² (the same plan reads 698 ft²) and download SVG or PNG. A larger request, a 3-bedroom family house of about 110 m², came back as 110.0 m², 10.0 m × 11.0 m, 11 rooms. Try it without signing up.
